Meet at the home of Elizabeth Steede (28 Mitchell Street) for coffee and tea only – not breakfast. Judges, clerks & drivers will receive instructions, folders, ribbons etc. Clerks and drivers needed; contact Elizabeth.

9:00AM: Judging begins.

Noon

President Dianna Dwyer, has offered to host a potluck luncheon at noon after judging! To defray some of our costs (beverages)  those coming for lunch are asked to pitch in $10 each.

Food may be dropped off early if need be. Someone will be at Dianna’s to welcome you! Some cold-cuts and soup are planned, but some salads, quiche’s, fruit, casserole, desserts and such would be welcome. Email your planned contribution to Elizabeth elizabeth.steede@gmail.com
